What is PAT Testing?

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) is the term used to describe the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use. As a business, you have a legal obligation to ensure that your electrical appliances are maintained and kept in a safe condition.

PAT testing is a requirement of most public liability insurers and also means your business will be compliant with current regulations. We recommend that you get your PAT testing carried out every 12 months.

Costs

Our pricing is straightforward!

£50.00 for up to 35 items then just £1.00 per additional item + VAT

What you need to do

Simply get in touch with your requirements and we will arrange a convenient time for one of our engineers to carry out the testing for you. During our visit we will complete:

• Internal visual inspection (open plug)
• Electrical testing
• Individual reference item labelling
• Labelling of all appliances showing safety pass (or fail)
