As a business or commercial property owner, you have a responsibility to ensure your property is fully protected from the threat of fire by having a fire risk assessment. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, states that it is a legal responsibility to have a fire risk assessment in place carried out by a trained fire safety expert, regardless the size of the business or the number of employees. Our Fire Risk Assessor will carry out a survey of your building and existing systems, equipment and property and provide you with a risk assessment report including any recommendations of issues that need resolving to ensure you are fully compliant.
